Lots of generalizations. Not sure why the narcissist is a man and the victim a woman.

One thing that really stuck out to me was that this comes from the perspective of a heterosexual relationship, where the male is the narcissist. It also seemed as though the author was writing in a diary, versus explaining each aspect.

It was a very short read but very informative, thank you!

I think the book is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been researching this subject without any real success. I can find plenty on the subject but the author/speaker seems to talk around gaslighting without a real explanation of what it is and how to spot it in real world ways. This book is spot on with its information and doesn’t take hours to get to the point. Thanks!! I’ll definitely read more from this author.
