As a first time reader about emotional intelligence this book had some interesting keywords to search and focus on later. However, if someone has already read basic stuff about EQ, this book wouldn’t be much of a help as it won’t add new information.

Excellent book

It’s a great starter for me. I’m really getting into reading again and this book was very interesting.

This book changed my brain chemistry. It led me to mental alchemy which led me to inner alchemy. All of which led me to the divine power of self mastery and controlling my reality. It’s a gateway book into the infinite powers of your mind

Wasn’t sure what kind of read this would be and if it would really discuss and demonstrate EQ and it has. I’ve never heard from the phrase “emotional intelligence” until reading this book. I’ll be working on things in my life from here out! Great read and I thank you.
