  • Amazing Style and Story

This is the fourth in the series although you can also read it as a stand alone. The writing is extraordinary. As descriptive and engrossing as any book I’ve ever read. The characters and settings are incredibly well drawn, without flourish, to easily picture them in your mind, but done in a simple, straightforward style that captures your imagination and, without doubt, encourages reading the previously written books in the series.

I read The Shadow of the Wind in 2005. It immediately became one of my favorite books. Last month when I found out that the Labrynth of Spirits was coming out I knew that I would love it. From about the halfway point in the book I started slowing down my reading. I didn’t want it to end. This book is s great end to a fantastic series. I can alwAys hope for more.
