I downloaded this book to read cause I was like hey it’s a free book I’m not losing anything by downloading it...
Well as I read it and got more into the book it made me realize that the experience the author went through in the service is the same I am doing. At 22 years old I am on a journey of learning as much as I can that I didn’t take a step back to see bad habits I was doing and when he mentioned 21 days to start a habit it threw me back to my basic training days in the army, learned discipline and good habits that I have lost due to negligence and not caring but I started smoking and could never kick that bad habit so after reading this I took a long look at myself and thought how am I going to start a good habit in the next 21 days when I can’t even kick the bad habit I’m already doing so as I write this review I am now 1 day into being smoke free and will go 21 days to gain the self discipline to implement better habits unto myself In the future.
Once I am 21 days smoke free I will start 21 days on getting to my goal of bigger biceps and muscle growth, I have made far too many excuses as to why I can’t go to the gym and have scrapped by doing the army fitness tests, I want to start excelling in myself before I can grow wealth cause if I can’t stop smoking how am I going to start doing better financially
Can’t wait for book 2 to come out definitely recommend this book
