Easily one of the best books I’ve ever read.
Good points lost to opinionated rambling

meh…. Waste of good reading time!
Horrible writing. If you read this remember this is one person’s opinion that experienced addiction on the end of a spectrum most people will never get to. She does make a lot of good points to ponder, but they feel lost in her crusade of how she feels the world should be and her constant whining intertwined with manipulation of facts to prop up her argument.
Anyone who drinks should read this book

Our society has really normalized alcohol and Grace has made this book informational and engaging to learn how about the dangers or alcohol affect EVERYONE who drinks.
Incredibly powerful book!

Annie Grace wrote an incredibly powerful book in “This Naked Mind.” The power is so subtle you almost don’t even notice it however, as you read one chapter a night of this book you can almost feel your mind changing about alcohol.
I highly recommend this book for anyone who is struggling with alcohol.
Thank you

Well done. A powerful and honest approach in how to understand alcohol and most importantly, a clear path to avoiding it.
Very informative!

32 days sober. Read this book and it feels like it helped with the unknowns, the worries. It makes you understand that alcohol is the opposite of what you thought it was your whole life. Definitely had an impact on me.
Wow!

This book has changed my whole perspective on alcohol and hopefully, I never have to deal with that poison ever again. I highly recommend This Naked Mind to those struggling with alcohol. You’ll truly see what kind of substance alcohol is. This book is amazing!
Game changer!

Summary: Alcohol is bad. The answer, stop drinking. Period. A whole lot of words to say just that. Here is a quote from the book to summarize:
“Once you realize you want to be free there is only one thing left to do. Deliver the fatal blow to your adversary. Cut off his food supply:
Stop Drinking”
The author gets it and can relate to my struggles!
