Childhood friends, Angelina and Logan went their separate ways after graduation. She to build her life and business in LA and he to the military. Now 10 years later both have returned home and both have secrets. Ange has lost her business that she built in LA and is afraid her family will again think she is a failure…except they are and always have been very proud of her and what she has accomplished. Logan, left the military with scars both inside and out, lost his best friend to the war and made a promise to look after his best friend’s wife and daughter. He’s just barely surviving but when he runs into his childhood friend Angelina they both realize that they need each other and their old friendship. Can Ange and Logan work through their issues and secrets to build a life, full of family, sharing, friendship, open their hearts to love and find their HEA?

We are back at river ranch and this story has had me go through a lot of Kleenex. It takes you through so many emotions but it will have you laughing too. Angelina has come home feeling like a failure and trying her best to hide it. Logan has been her best friend it seems like all her life. She needs him right now but she finds out he needs her just as much or more. Soon their friendship is trying to turn to more. Very heartwarming story.
