An overall Decent/Average book in a Grand Series

The story itself was overall decent when compared to the other books in this series, but it lacks in cohesion with how often the timeline jumps around. It made it difficult to keep track of what moment in time certain events were taking place when comparing them to others.
Some parts in the story dragged on for perhaps more chapters than were needed, but the world building as always continues to impress nonetheless.
