THE GRIEF GUIDEBOOK is an excellent resource for those who are experiencing grief. Gary Roe has been blessing his readers in the area of grief and trauma recovery for some time now, and this may be his most helpful volume yet. I appreciate that the chapters center around common questions bereaved people ask. I also appreciate that each chapter is short - people suffering from grief often cannot hold their attention to a long chapter. This will be a guidebook, not just a book to be read and put away. Every day people die - just open the newspaper and see the obituary. For each person that dies, there are circles of acquaintances, family, friends, loved ones, co workers, and fellow church members who are impacted by their deaths. This book will be an immensely helpful resource for so many people. I'm grateful to God for Gary Roe's efforts in reaching out to a world of hurting people. I highly recommend this book for yourself, and to buy some to have on hand for others.

Gary Roe’s newest book The Grief Guidebook is one of the most complete question and answer books I have read in my short grief journey. The book has answers to many questions that you may have about the grieving process. The book does not have to be read in linear fashion as the table of contents will direct you to responses for specific questions you my have. I have read several other of Gary Roe’s books and they have all been helpful in dealing withe the unexpected loss of my daughter. The Grief Guidebook has been helpful in dealing with many questions that I incurred after this loss.
