While this is a part of a series, you don't have to read the prior ones to fully understand and enjoy this story. This is written in a dual POV format. Getting that glimpse into a character's thoughts during or after a scene really help me to better understand and connect to the characters. This is a sexy read so a word of caution if you don't enjoy that. Can these two get past the feuding of their families to find their HEA? Can a woman dedicated to her family's ranch and determination to run it someday have a HEA when he craves adventure and travels around the world? Well you will have to read for yourself. I enjoyed this book and all of the conflicts internally and externally.
