The title is hokey, corny and misleading. At no time is she anything but country by my definition. Shey's dedication to her sons, brothers, and estranged husband reflect a woman securely reared country or at least southern. Life has thrown for a loop for the 2nd second time when her husband of 17 years comes out of the closet but she follows her instincts to set her world right again and reclaim her joy.

This book hit so close to home! I'm a country girl by heart! This story had me hooked from the get go and kept me interested ALL the way till the end!! I loved it!!!

Loved it! Being from Texas I loved this book! Cowboys, that's all I can say!

Enjoyed reading this book. Didn't want to put it down.
