Description

Vampires have powers beyond human comprehension: strength that defies logic, speed that cannot be captured on film, the ability to shapeshift and more. But in matters of the heart, no one, not even the strikingly beautiful and outrageously wealthy Blue Bloods, has total control. In Bloody Valentine, bestselling author Melissa de la Cruz offers readers a new story about the love lives of their favorite vamps - the passion and heartache, the hope and devastation, the lust and longing. Combined with all the glitz, glamour, and mystery fans have come to expect, this is sure to be another huge hit in the Blue Bloods series.

I think this book is so sweet and a little sad at the same time. We have to witness the loneliness that Oliver feels at the beginning. However then we get to read about Schuyler and Jack's bonding ceremony. All in all I very much enjoy reading the Blue Blood series.

This book is an enchanting book that brings back the past of Schyler's mother's past, a new adventure for her(Schyler) and Jack, a new bonding, and old friendships renew. It's a tale that answers all your answers from before and leaves you with ones for the future which will be answered in 'Lost in Time'. What will happen next? Read, find out, and be intrigued with what you get.

Having finished all the blue blood series I was anticipating this book. I knew it was going to be short but geez was it. It was an introduction into melissa's new adult series, witches of east end (out summer 2010) a background story of Allegra van Allen, and a short and rushed brush up on my fav couple Jack Force and Schuyler Van Allen. This part of their story was important but could of used a bit more detail. Nonetheless it was a great short read. Anticipating the sixth book to be released fall 2010. A must read for blue blood fans!!!

A great look into some characters from the series. However the book is disappointing in length. A very short book that comes off as three short stories as opposed to a novel. If you are a true Blue Bloods fan, a must read!
  • Good but too short.

Great book and loved the bonding ceremony but way too short. This was a rush job.
