In this short Regency romp, Belle Chessington returns to London after assisting - and losing - her cartographer father in Egypt. Unfortunately, the dashing young lieutenant she nursed through a debilitating illness doesn't remember offering her the protection of his name. Harry does the honorable thing, however, and gamely proposes they make a match of it. The eminently practical Belle might have agreed - if she hadn't been so incredibly goosish as to tumble into love with his brother, Giles, at first sight.
