I have read a lot of westerns, yet Zane Grey nailed it on this one. The story is well written and while a bit sad at the end, the book was a true page turner from start to finish. You will love this book, the characters and the horses!

Amazing story

I found this book excellent. kept me in suspense waiting tO read what came next. Zane Gray is a master of writing of the old West. I found the book so hard to put down. I give it 5 stars.

Having lived in sagebrush country, this brought back wonderful memories. Another Zane Gray that I couldn't put down!

Perhaps one of his best books, great story, original characters I really enjoyed this book he creates the western in front of you I'm surprised I as not been made into a movie
