The book is super except two things the authors are not neutral about foods and blood types. The info are outdated and the facts are dropped after they are found not facts anymore before year of 2000! The authors gave false info about foods and blood types. Reading recommended is Nourishing Tradional Diet and other books by Sally Fallon, and also books by Dr Joseph Mercola.

This was a really great book you just have to put what its telling you to use and change the Brain don't let it change you.

I loved this book. Stimulating and positive.

I read the first 70 pages (the sample) and simply couldn't put the book down. Every chance i got i would read it. It is a bit confusing at times, but if you think about what the author is actually saying, your mind will be blown and you will learn you can do things that you would never dream of doing. I am obviously going to buy the full book, and at only $13.00, this is a steal!

I thought I will be inspired to finish the book to learn more. But I was so disappointed, I put down the book and stopped reding after the few pages. Very sad indeed!
