    This is the very first “self help” book that I Have read in regards to helping myself to change to be a positive person, live a positive life and for me, most importantly to not let the attitudes of others decide on mine. This book is very positive and eye opening and really does help you to think in a different, positive way and to realize that it’s up to each of us individually to make and keep ourselves happy.
