Simply put, we have entered an era when many people are poor and in constant need of support from society. It means there needs to be generous citizens and officials in our society who are willing to help and support. But that is a job that is beyond the capability of rivalry-oriented biological humans. This is the job of electronic citizens. A biological human being seems to have a bottomless pocket. No matter how large an income they have they arrange so that all of it will be spent on their insatiable endlessly-growing needs. That is why we need electronic citizens. We need a behavior called generosity to solve this problem of constant poverty. In other words, we need more generous citizens. If biological citizens cannot be generous enough we need the help of electronic citizens, otherwise known as AI.
