Very informative book about this worrying subject, the brain health and how this affects our life and personality, this is the start to get more informed and fight back all these terrible diseases that plague our modern world and don't become victims of own modern and "better" lifestyle.

The body is something extremely complicatet, through the centuries, we still can not understand it completely. It is very important to know and expand our knowledge on the subject. Excellent eye-opening book about the disease and lifestyle. Definitely stress and unhealthy foods are dangerous

There are so many things that affect the microbiome of the human gut, I couldn't have imagined that it could be the microorganisms imbalances which are responsibly for disorders of mood and attitude. It's good to read this review of a technical book in more easy ways to understand

An incredible book you have to read !. This book is one of my favorites is very interesting and very useful. You learn very interesting things, for example I did not know that higher rates of Alzheimer's disease is linked to imbalances in microorganisms in our gut, really worth reading and see how your brain is related to other parts your body.
