Liked the story, but this needs some serious editing. There were a lot of grammatical errors that were very distracting.

This book needs editing!!! There are numerous mistakes…grammar, tenses, antecedents, repetition of words, etc. The errors slow the reader down and confuse them. They don’t really effect the plot so they are just very annoying!
  • It was a great read!

"His Toughest Call" by Joss Wood is book number two in the "Pytheon Security" series. This is Leah Hamilton and Seth Halcott's story. Leah's wedding day ended totally wrong. Seth is Leah's brother's best friend and will do anything to protect or take care of her. He helps her out on her wedding day but in an unexpected way. I don't want to give anything away. Seth's job involves following the rules and sometimes knowing when to not follow the rules. His assignment to find an international criminal causes Seth and Leah to be in danger. There is not only physical danger but the chemistry between is getting harder and harder for them to ignore. This story provides the reader with suspense, humorous moments, and very steamy moments. This was a fun and entertaining read. FYI, includes mature content. I received a copy of this book from Tule Publishing in exchange for an honest review.

I really enjoyed this story. There was action and suspense and plenty of chemistry and heat. Leah and Seth were wonderful together. Definitely opposites attracting, but they pulled it off so well. Leah has such a wonderful heart, and Seth is very cynical and suspicious of people, but in his line of work it isn't a surprise. I really loved how the whole thing played out.
