Amazing. Read this book if you have any interest whatsoever in sobriety!

This was a phenomenal book. Her stories both pre and post sobriety paint such a beautifully stark contrast in the lives we lead drunk vs. sober. She gives a wealth of tools and tactics to help anybody who wants to even just start down a sober path

Meanwhile I decided to quit alcohol, I searched for a good book and Google recommended me this one, very interesting, she’s very precocious of being direct but she says the truth. I recommend this book if you wanna quit drinking.

I started this book during a 30 days of no alcohol challenge. The beginning of the book resonated with me, and some of it broke my heart while reading because of how relatable I found it. I decided to keep on this journey without alcohol, I am a few days away from 4 months sober. Whenever I felt alone or as if people around me didn’t understand, I always turned to this book for comfort as I adjusted to a new lifestyle. This book brought lots of perspective and encouragement.

Way too long for the info. It gave. Some good moments but was more like a dairy.
Great read if you’re sober curious

The honesty was very comparable to moments I’ve had myself. It’s helped soar me to week 3 of sober living and kept my mind busy during weak moments. Worth the read.
Hard to put down

I began reading this book with less than 7 days sober. I knew I needed something to look forward to, yet, hadn’t found it until I stumbled upon this book. I have recommended this book many times in LifeRings secular recovery groups and I hope others find what I found in this book. Hope and a well deserved, unicorn filled future. 21 days and counting.
Wonderful book for all

I started reading this book pretty early (a few days) into my sobriety and what a perfect book to help push me through.
