Nothing overly dramatic. Nothing overly anything…easy read. Finished it in a few hours.

The plot is full of exciting and unexpected twists and turns; I love the happy ending.

Loved the characters and the sweet story! Growing up in a small town made it all too real! Great read and the ongoing stories of the Moretti’s is bound to filled with sweet stories with an underlying sense of drama and intrigue.

Family feud, plenty of humor, family dynamics and plenty of love to go around. Fun read for all.

I loved this story. It is a fresh take on the Romeo and Juliette theme. Theresa connects the reader to her train of thought in her writing process right away.n she actually addresses Romeo and Juliette in the story. She makes it personal. The simplicity of forgiveness. How love for family can truly complicate and yet simplify life. There are many layers in this novel and they are told so clean and pure. Unlike Shakespeare we do get that happy ever after. So we have intrigue, mystery,fate,stubbornness ,love and forgiveness. Seams a lot of important people running our country could learn a life lesson reading this story. This is the first book I've read by Theresa Paolo and was not disappointed. This was a well written storyline with fantastic characters. Strong chemistry between Ella and Luca and the chance meeting was wonderful. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
