I myself am not much of a reader. I have struggled and still do at times to get into the mindset of sitting down to read and relax. After diving into Atomic Habits this is one important aspect of life that I will continue to make one of my habits and its all because of the systems this book has helped me put in place. 10/10 would recommend to ANY reader out there!
