    As a physician, I’ve had to solidify good habits to get through the grueling process of becoming a healer and to remain good at it. My initial thoughts before picking up this book were that…I already know this stuff. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with this fantastic read. James Clear outlines the pathway to developing good habits while emphasizing the challenges with bad habits as well. I walked away after reading this with a new perspective on things I thought I knew and even during the read reflected on my own habits and have already noticed meaningful changes. I highly recommend this book to anyone at any stage of their life.

    It was the best book that I have read so far in terms of upscaling our habits and Compounding it. Chart and diagrams are very useful for understanding. It took me a while to finish this book but I am very delighted that I did.
