  • Guiding principles for Body Language

I love this book’s simple approach to understanding body language. Whether it’s interpreting others or yourself there is always room for improvement in life. I feel confident in trying the suggestions throughout the book and hope to continue to improve in my relationships. One thing I would critique about the book though is the language used throughout. I could understand what was being said based off of context, but found myself constantly rereading paragraphs as a lot of words were written shorthand. Would definitely recommend this book to anyone wanting to improve.

Overall not a bad read. I do wish they would have elaborated more on body language when someone is lying. It does have several typos.

I was unable to make it past the introductory chapter. The abundance of grammatical inaccuracy made this book unreadable.

General I formation on body language. Most of which we already know. I stopped ready about 30 pages in and said “makes sense this was free”.

Good information for those who need it. The authors English grammar is not good. Way too many contractions and usage of “&” (instead of the word and).
