I like information I get

Thai book is good and easy to understand the information presented. If you’re wanting to work on how to listen better and leave conversations feeling like you actually grasped what the other person was saying . Then this book will be a good step in the right direction.

I’ve come to realize recently that I’ve got some narcissistic tendencies and this was a first step in helping me to change. I’ve got a few conversational narcissists in my life and it’s frequently made me think “Wow, this is annoying. Do I do this to people, too?” Unfortunately yes, but until finding this book I didn’t fully understand how to communicate in a more supportive way. I will definitely check out more of this author’s books.
