    I really enjoyed reading this book and how educational it has been. Helped me work on finding my allergies and being able to find a long term solution to the health issues I’ve been struggling with for years! I’ve had an influx of energy and better mental health since implementing the diet. Seriously recommend reading at least for the educational value

    I’ve been on a keto diet for the majority of the last 6 years. I’ve had great success with it, but always thought carnivore was insane. After falling off the wagon and putting back in a good portion of weight I had lost, I was about to get back on the cycle of keto hard then crash and restart again. This book has really opened my eyes to a new option and a more simplistic sustainable lifestyle. I’m excited to start the journey an experiencing all the benefits other than weight loss.
