Regardless if you are in the food industry or not, there’s something to learn from this. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone every single time.

An amazing read through a journey that would apply to anyone who works with the public. Throughly enjoyable and highly recommend!

Anyone else here because of S2 of The Bear?

I have never worked in the restaurant business, I sell building materials and build houses, so I had a hard time understanding how this book would correlate. This may very well be the best sales and business book I have ever read!!

Where do I even begin? This book is as revolutionary as the leaders featured in it and the restaurants they built. Will has done something special here. Not one page is wasted, and not one secret is left unshared. I’m deeply grateful for this.

IYKYK, this business will beat you down, physically and mentally. Thrilled i bought it as someone who “lives in color” started as a busboy and now a GM for years. Haven’t been this moved since a soul of a chef(and yes i went to culinary school). Simple yet calculated ways of thinking but written so eloquently. I would love to work for this man even as a bus boy.
