if ur just getting ur feet wet, i highly recommend this book. all the methods are VERY effective and i use them with joy. i also recommend reading "The Game" by Neil Strauss - which gives u an insight on the world that you're getting into. you also get a little taste from all the major mPUAs methods being used today. cheers.^^
