The Federalist Papers are a remarkable work, and I do not regret in the slightest degree spending my time reading them. The only reason I give 4 stars is for some occasional typos that I found distracting.

This book, while written a long time ago, does make one think about how aspects of then relate to the now. It is a very good book talking about the US Constitution, and I would recommend it to anyone who has a brain.

Alexander joins forces with James Madison and John Jay to write a series of essays defending the new United States constitution entitled The Federalist papers. The plan was to write a total of twenty-five essays, the work divided evenly among the three men. In the end, they wrote eighty-five essays, in the span of six months. John Jay got sick after writing five. James Madison wrote twenty-nine. Hamilton wrote the other fifty-one!!!!!! ❤️
