This book will rock your world. For me it's like scales being removed from my eyes, and learning I'm not the problem. It's never too late to shed your Toxic Parents. Only wish I could tell this author in person what this book meant to me.

My therapist is working through this book with me, and it's been extremely helpful. Of course, with any self-help book, you have to be willing to help yourself.... you will work, and it will be difficult. But it's worth it :-)
