Too many stories and not enough action items or steps to follow.
  • Anecdotal

Based on casual observations or indications rather than rigorous or scientific analysis. Reads like a conversation over dinner - not something that presents bold new never before seen evidence and tactics for change. Mindset does remind one to be awake and aware of thoughts - a magazine article would have done the same if the reader is open.

This book is great. Feels a bit tedious, but the takeaways are great. I hadn’t thought before about how our fixed mindset gets in the way of accomplishing so many things in life and this book is super helpful for understanding this. We truly are so capable of adapting and incorporating so much knowledge and skills.

This is a transformative experience of being self aware of the two mindsets that we all walk around with daily and learning from both of them while choosing the Growth Mindset as your dominant mindset. This is a must read for entrepreneurs, business professionals, teachers and coaches.

It’s like this book had read my diary before its writing. I found so much that spoke to my current situation. I can’t recommend this book highly enough.

Lots to learn and grow from. A simple concept, but like most great things, there’s a lot more to it, and that is well explained in the book.

I learned a lot of strategies to have good habits or to be successful, but behind all the strategies and tricks, it is mindset that really influences our behavior. I gave a name to my fixed mindset persona. I’m going to try to work on my fixed mindset personal to see where we can go.
