[137 A.D.2d 499 Page 499] In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by a judgment entered December 28, 1983, (1) the plaintiff father
appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Kelly, J.), dated December 18, 1986, as, after a hearing,
denied his motion for a change in custody of his infant son to him, and (2) the defendant mother cross-appeals, as limited
by her brief, from so much of the same order as denied her request for counsel fees.
