I have an undergraduate and post graduate honours degree in accounting and I wish I had this book when the subject was first introduced to me back in high school days. This is not just a "book" but an interactive accounting course that will provide you with a solid foundation on which to build and grow your knowledge. I've always believed that the traditional method of teaching Accounting101 is outdated and it does not have to be such a struggle to learn and master the basic building blocks of the language of business. Fantastic book.

A very clear explanation of accounting and bookkeeping. The diagrams and videos are the main features that makes this book different. They are very useful if you like to visualize things. Financial analysis section could be longer.
  • Fantastic book. Now I really get it.

Passed my college accounting and this is the book that made the difference. The best explanation of how accounting really works. The videos and audio explanations were super helpful and easy to follow. (and I liked the lady's voice!) Book got me to finally understand how accounting is a logical system that makes sense. They use a colorful diagram throughout so you can visualize the concepts.
