A new financial guide on how to avoid money mistakes at every stage of life, from bestselling author and TV superstar Kevin O’Leary—“a completely unique personality. He is able to say things that are sharp and funny but ultimately meaningful” (Los Angeles Times).

Don’t spend too much. Mostly save. Always invest.

This is simple advice, but it’s often the simple advice that’s easy to swallow and hard to follow. Kevin O’Leary understands that getting a handle on your personal finances can be challenging at any age. Whether you’re a parent struggling to explain savings to your children, a student contemplating a big loan to pay for school, a newly engaged couple considering joint bank accounts, or a baby boomer entering retirement, Kevin offers solid, practical advice to help you make—and keep—more money.

As a star on ABC’s Shark Tank, Kevin’s success with money management and in business is legendary. But he’s made mistakes along the way, too, and he’s written this book so others can benefit from his experiences. Each chapter is geared to a specific age or stage in life and focuses on simple changes you can make to avoid debt, save money, and invest for a brighter future. You’ll find real-life examples of common money mistakes and strategies for avoiding them, “Cold Hard Truth” quizzes and charts aimed at boosting your financial wisdom, and tips and tricks for making more money and growing it faster to achieve financial freedom.

I learned some key concepts that I plan to take with me in this journey we call life. Frugality, serious thinking before you make any purchases, pre-nuptials, cash flow importance (dividends), credit cards and car maintenance & payments were just a few of the concepts that produced vital information for me. I look forward to implementing the things I’ve learned in this book in my life! Thanks for your honesty Mr. Wonderful!
  • THIS NEEDS TO BE AN AUDIOBOOK!

This needs to be in an audiobook form, this type of stuff is meant to be reviewed regularly, and should be available in an audiobook. Kevin, take note of how Robert read his own book... I'd much rather listen to this read by Kevin a little each evening while he sips his wine than it to be read by a professional with perfection. READ IT FOR AN AUDIOBOOK KEVIN! Please! 5 Stars!

I really enjoyed reading this book, being a 20 year old already looking at my finances for the future. What a great way to prepare yourself for the worst to come!

First let me state I admire Kevin on Shark Tank and was hoping for unique advice I hadn't heard before. This book was so basic in approach that I felt annoyed by the reading. I wish I would have gotten more from this book but I didn't. So unfortunate

Kevin is an awesome writer and presenter. This is a good book to reinforce disciples and to purchase for your children to begin them down the right path of financial freedom.
