This book is very informative and it sets up a nice blueprint on how to get started in the wholesale business.

I read this book out of curiosity and found it very easily read even though at first I thought I wouldn't completely understand the topic. The book was very well written and Mr. Johnson was able to help me understand what it takes to go down the road of trying to flip houses as an investor.
