The third book of The Rise of the Warlords series proves just as addictive and page turning as its predecessors. I was hesitant moving from my Lords of the Underworld into this new but connected world. I should never have feared. Each of the new 3 books have been better than the last — making my favorite whichever one I’m currently reading. I could crawl into this universe and happily spend the next several weeks/months in a coma while my brain takes a vacay to live in the worlds Gena Showalter creates.
