What happens when two people who have loved and lost are instantly attracted to each other? In this case there are misunderstanding and culture clashes as Errik and Holly get to know each other. He doesn’t want to be happy and she’s sure she won’t ever be as happy as before but both are in for a surprise. Hot alien/human romance with lots of fun and two characters that deserve to be happy and manage to get there in spite of what they expect. Enough obstacles to keep the story moving and enough heat to keep you warm.

Loving this series. There is some public fun in this one! If you like that sort of thing. I really like how Holly didn't want to forget her late husband. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Holly is a widowed teacher that signed up with Hot Tatties because they promised her she would be matched with her soulmate. She is skeptical but curious. Holly is not as floored as some of the other women to learn they were matched with aliens. Errik feels the mating pull towards Holly before he’s even met her so once he comes face-to-face with her the chemistry between them explodes. Before they even have a chance to explore their budding relationship the pair will have to go through the Trials set forth by the IGA. Will they pass?

This is Book 2 of Starlight Vikings story for battle-scarred warrior Errik and Holly. This one help you see finding love and a partner again is possible even if they are aliens. I loved this drama filled book with its small steamy mating section but I did not like the purple alien woman. I can not wait for the next match.
