    I love this book & so does my son. It shows kids that it’s okay & normal to have various feelings whether it be good or bad . I recommend this book ! Surprisingly a good bedtime story too.

    I choose this book because my son experiences several emotions at once. What I like about this book is how it express some of the ways I explain to my little one what he can do. Even though at 1st he was overwhelmed believing the book was long, he enjoyed it because he could relate to it.

    This book reminded me of school and how my emotions can change and just now I’m only 10 years old so I can kinda relate with all my madness. I get really mad and I just breathe it out with a lot of steam and it makes me feel better. I tried it yesterday in school and it worked really good. My teacher said good job with your breathing, and when I was sad, she said it again it was really nice. That book told me a lot about my feelings I would give this book 5 stars thank you for reading.
