  • Beautiful Love Story

    5
    By Proud In Tennessee
As always, Danielle Steele delivers a beautifully written novel full of love, family, the ups and downs that come with it all, set in Paris, with a side trip to California that changed everything for the main character. I enjoyed this story equally as much as every other one I’ve read. This one reminded me that children do grow into the most amazing adults if we step aside and let them. The overwhelming joy your heart feels when you actually see their growth in action…it’s so genuine and as a mother, I deeply related, and truly loved that side of this story. Definitely worth the read!!! (And wouldn’t it make a fabulous gift this holiday for that person who loves books! ❤️)

I mixed about this review. Until the fire it was the same story she’s written in the last few books, married French guy (enough already), and repeating the same stuff just in a different way each paragraph. But when the fires started & she went to volunteer, the story picked up. It all was predictable what was going to happen but it least it was interesting. I’ve read every single Danielle Steel book, and recently I just feel like the substance is missing.
