Tempt Me, Cowboy

I liked the premise of the story, but while the wording implies their relationship developed over a month or more, near the end you find out it's been less than two weeks.

Chelsea is a zipped-up, conservative school teacher deeply entrenched in the small town she's always lived in. Her family legacy keeps her grounded and her mother is always there to make sure she remembers how deep her roots go. Enter Jasper, fresh in town from Dallas to shake things up. He's bought the depot that represents Chelsea's family history and intends to convert it into a microbrewery. How can two people so at odds find common ground? Through scorching chemistry and the bravery to break through walls. Ms. Crane creates a vivid picture of life in small-town Montana, both its challenges and its charms. The romance is hot but sweet, and the couple is the kind you root for until the end. Looking forward to the next Copper Mountain Rodeo story!

This is a novella. Chelsea lives in a small town in Montana. Jasper is from a big town in Texas and moves in to open a microbrewery. Sparks fly pretty fast, but Chelsea is afraid Jasper will not stay. Both have failed relationships in the past. A good story with a hot romance.

Chelsea is fine living life in her hometown, teaching, and living up to her mother's standards. Of course, this means accepting a fate that would leave her without a man in her future. Jasper is looking for a place to finally call home after learning money can't buy happiness, he's starting over in Montana, for now. They're not each other's type--turns out, they're perfect for each other. From the moment they met, there's a spark, then he dares her to take a walk on the wild side and throw caution to the wind. Their whirlwind, hot, and crazy romance awakens a part in each of them they didn't know they had. Apart, they're strong individuals, together, they're a force to be reckoned with and become the talk of the town. Good and bad. They have to decide if fiery passions is all they have, or can they find love and survive the give and take of a relationship? Tempt Me, Cowboy by Megan Crane Is a novella about a small town girl living up to everyone's expectations, until the wise city boy sets roots on her train station. My favorite part of the story is the following conversation between the two: " Do they get to decide who you are or do you?" "What's the other option?" she asked. "That's the fun one." He grinned. "You can be the woman who gets on the back of a bike of a man she met this morning , and lets whatever happens next, happen. No matter who's watching, even if they've know you since birth. " What do you think Triple C does? The only down side is the story truly captivated my heart and was too short!!!!

Megan Crane has done it again! I love anything by this author, and this novella for Montana Born Books did not disappoint ! Tempt Me Cowboy was so enjoyable to read, immersing me into a place different than my own life! I don't want to give away the entire plot of this story, as you really need to read it yourself to really appreciate it. But good girl with a small town family heritage meets bad boy from the city....... mixed with Montana landscapes!! Loved it, and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to escape into a good book for a while!

This novella from Montanabornbooks is a wonderful story of true love winning out by Megan Crane. Chelsea is a local born and bred girl with a long family history in town. Jasper, finds the perfect home in Marietta and plans to open a brewery in the historic train depot. Sparks fly between the historian Chelsea and Jasper. A great, fast read. Wish it was a full length novel.

Once I got into chapter 3 this book was amazing! It flowed so easily that I didn't want it to end! The main characters are classic opposites attract, and I believe that is what made the story. This was the first book I have read by the author but it wont be the last.

What a start to a new series! Tempt Me Cowboy by Megan Crane is the 1st book in The Copper Mountain Rodeo series. Having not read anything by Megan before I can honestly say that I am now a new fan. Megan's writing kept me very interested in what was going to happen in this book. The start of the book begins with a bang. The initial interaction between our couple, Jasper and Chelsea had me asking-how can these two people who are opposites possibly end up together? Jasper who moves to Marietta, Montana is a 35 yr. old man who has money and is very sure of himself(I would say he is cocky!)Jasper thinks all women are after him for his money. When Jasper first sees and meets Chelsea he thinks she is waiting for him and because of her conservative clothing and standst she is prissy and disapproving. To discourage her he tells her, she's not his type and he likes his women easy and sleazy! Do I have your interest yet, well purchase the book to see how Jasper's and Chelsea's relationship (which turns HOT) develops to a wonderful ending! You will not be disappointed! Megan is a very talented writer. There will be other books in this series by other wonderful authors. I also must tell you I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Tempt Me, Cowboy is a great start to an exciting new series. Megan Crane starts this series off with a bang. Chelsea is a school teacher who is content to living a quiet life in her hometown in Montana until she meets Jasper. Jasper moved to Montana from Texas. They comes from completely different worlds. Jasper stirs feelings in Chelsea she didn't think possible. They have great chemistry that Crane brings to life. Crane captures the beauty of Montana. I can't wait to read more from this series and MontanaBorn. I highly recommend this series.
