400 pages in and I’m really forcing myself to continue reading this. I really hoped this would inspire me to come up with actual questions or being out examples of what to ask and what was appropriate to ask. Instead i feel as if this book throws me in a loop tangent to what I should really know to be in a position to lead. I’ll move on and put this book down. If anything this book makes me want to find better books.

While Maxwell gives a handful of questions leaders can ask, it's more a compilation of all of the leadership questions he's been asked. His answers are great and extremely applicable and packed full of Maxwell wisdom and insight. He does provide great questions in this goon that will bring clarity to many different leadership scenarios. I highly recommend it.
