Great book for any Buddhist or non buddhist interesting in a powerful train of thought that leads to real, measurable happiness. Lama Yeshe is an incredibly insightful monk. In this book, he uses chocolate as a metaphor for "our desires". The general premise of the book is that if we rely on gaining happiness from external things, we will be let down repeatedly because all things are impermanent and therefore incapable of providing us with listing happiness. Amazing read. I also recommend his $.99 book about becoming your own therapist.
