Total Meltdown

4.5 Stars This is book 7 in the Hellfire series and it features Tony and Lily. I am so impressed with Lily. She is a total bada**! Anytime you have kids as cute as Robbie and Mari, you know the story is going to be fantastic. As Lily is hired as an Au Pair for Tony’s kids, what happened next in Costa Rica was unexpected. I actually thought the hotel manager would be a problem. This is an emotional, action packed, sweet and sexy romance that includes a couple of adorable kids. I enjoyed the read from beginning to end and I can’t wait to visit Hellfire, Texas again.

Another exciting intense read in the Hellfire series. Tony learns to be more loving, tough and he is yummy. Lily can be a spitfire when she wants to be. Of course there has to be someone trying to cause problems but nothing they can ultimately handle. I enjoyed reading this story.

Lily Grayson is a kindergarten teacher during the year, au pair during the summer. When her job as an au pair falls through, Lily’s at a loss of what to do during the upcoming summer. As much as she loves her hometown, Hellfire, she doesn’t want to be stuck there during the summer. Lily wants to travel, enjoy new experiences, and see the world before she settles down. Antonio Delossantos, a lonely widower, is in need of a nanny for the summer. Tony, an extremely successful rancher/businessman, has no one to watch his kiddos for the summer as Rosa is ill and won’t be able to travel. When Tony goes to pick up his son from school, he meets Lily. Although she puts him in his place, he likes her determination and spunk. After witnessing her Krav Maga skills, Tony decides Lily is the perfect nanny for his children. So he makes her an offer she can’t refuse... While I have yet to read a novel in the Hellfire series, I can certainly vouch for this novel. It’s a well written, suspenseful, page-turning novel. I enjoyed Tony’s interactions with his children and his realization of all the time he’s “missed” with them while grieving the loss of his wife. Lily’s empathy, compassion, courage, and love shown towards Tony’s children was a huge plus for me. I also loved that the story didn’t feel rushed. I highly recommend this novel. I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

While in Costa Rica the family comes under attack from terrorists and need help to keep them all safe so Marcus, Tony’s security at the hotel enlists the aid of the Brotherhood Protectors, another series by Elle James. This book is filled with action, drama, suspense and major sparks between our hero and heroine and will keep you reading till the very last page!! Both series are great reads, well written, amazing alpha men and the ladies who capture their hearts and while they are standalone books it’s fun seeing the characters from prior books. If you haven’t read the prior books in both series you are missing out!!
