This book is a fast and powerful read. The simplicity of its message can transform ones view of the world and bring to light the fact that we are creators of our response to our environment. A simple lesson, definitely. Powerful and potentially life-changing, without question. Definitely worth a read and application to one’s life.

I know that is the premise to Jon Gordon’s books - Simple lessons with a easy story to follow. This one was just way too simple. I wish it had a little more “action” I guess you could say.

When the last page of a book is read and you have a list of all the people you want to share it with growing in your head...you know you just read something powerful. Read the Coffee Bean and see for yourself, if you won’t want to put a coffee bean in your pocket and make our world a brighter place.

The story has a great message. However, that message is revealed within the first few pages. The rest of the book reinforces the metaphor along 60 pages with pictures filling up half the screen. Get the sample or google “coffee bean metaphor” and don’t waste $10.

A friend of mine shared this via social media. I took a chance because well I love coffee. As I was reading this I couldn’t help but think wow this is truly inspirational and a great story for everyone to hear. I will forever remember to be a coffee bean!
