Description

He’s all gruff and growl. She’s all sunshine and wildflowers. And thanks to one impulsive wedding favor, their worlds are about to collide. Denver Hershal doesn't believe in fairy tales. He's too busy running Elvira’s Tavern and staying out of everyone’s business. But when a whirlwind wedding throws florist Misty Pennebaker straight into his path, the quiet bartender finds himself in way over his head—and maybe exactly where he’s meant to be. Misty’s made a life out of finding beauty in unexpected places. She wasn’t looking for love—especially not with a man who barely says two words to her. But when fate—and a little wedding chaos—pushes them together, something sparks that neither of them saw coming. Now a simple favor turns into motorcycle rides, moonlit dinners, and a chance at the kind of home they both stopped believing they could find. At the Misfit Inn, sometimes the best love stories are the ones you never planned for.

ARC for honest review with no compensation received from BookSprout Til a There Was You is book 1.5 novella in the Misfit Inn series by Kait Nolan. I read the short version called Once Upon A Wedding a long time ago. Love this updated and extended version about Misty and Denver! Two people who are working together for one of their friend’s wedding but an attraction between them makes them both look inside at the feelings they have but have never acted upon them. Will these two find a way to connect, open their hearts and put all the traumas from their past in the past and make a future together??

I loved this Misfit Inn novella! Free spirited florist Misty does not seem like the type that gruff, tatted bar owner Denver would go for. But he’s been crushing on her since he came to town. Who could have predicted a wedding would bring them together. While short in length, Til There Was You is filled with fun, love and joy...exactly how I feel about all Kait Nolan’s books, and how a great romance story should be written. A definite must read for old fans and new readers!

I love a Kait Nolan book especially when it revolves around the Misfit Inn series. Til There Was You is a beautifully written romantic story of two people Misty and Denver who have noticed each other for a few years but have purposely stayed away from relationships until they were put together to work on the arbor for Kennedy’s wedding. This book is heartwarming and an enjoyable read. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I read and loved the original version, but reading this story with the additional depth and background of the main characters just paints that much more relatable story. And the epilogue offers an ever so much better happy ending! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I really enjoyed this longer story of Misty and Denver’s relationship! They are very sweet together and I loved their dogs, too. A quick read, I finished it in two evenings. Several Misfit Inn characters from other books were also in this book (which I loved!) but it is totally stand alone and doesn’t require you to read the others first. :) I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
