Description

This vampire has been alone for far too long . . .

As one of the most ancient in the Argeneau clan, Cale Valens has given up on finding a life mate. His friends and family, however, have not. In fact, they believe they've finally found his perfect match. Getting them together, however, requires one little white lie . . .

Alexandra Willan is in a panic. Her restaurant is due to open in two weeks, but her chef just walked out. Then a highly recommended replacement arrives, an impossibly handsome culinary genius who sends electric tingles racing through her body . . .

Except he can't cook. In fact, Cale hasn't eaten real food in two thousand years. Yet he's determined to prove to Alex his prowess in the kitchen . . . and elsewhere. Because never has he hungered so for any mortal woman. And not just for a taste of her, but for the whole delicious feast!

I'm usually a sucker for paranormal romance, but this one was cheesy at best. Nano infected humans BC that lived in Atlantis. Epic!?. There's nothing to this story, plot was predictable, romance wasn't passionate, the characters weren't unique in any way. Don't know how I made it to the end, it got worse as I flipped the pages.

I loved this book, especially the lead male character. Don't miss it or the others in the series. By the way, iTunes has all of the books in the Argeneau series. Just an FYI!!

This book was one of her best, the characters could have been delved into a little more but aside from that it is what you'd expect from a writer like Lynsay: Love, Sex, and it leaves you hungry for more...

Great book. Although very predictably setup. There were some typos but this did not hinder the read.

This series just never loses it's beat...love...love...love! Just when you think it can't get any better it does. This is the second that I have actually uploaded onto my iBook and the only thing that disappointed me was the amount of typos that I have encountered. In the first 3 chapters alone I have found 15 typos..they are simple mistakes of not spacing words.this tends to slow down my reading a bit and it gets rather annoying after a while. But the story is worth the read. I wonder if the Nook or Kindle, or even the paperback would have so many typos too.....?
