Description

At the conclusion of The Mark of Athena, Annabeth and Percy tumble into a pit leading straight to the Underworld. The other five demigods have to put aside their grief and follow Percy's instructions to find the mortal side of the Doors of Death. If they can fight their way through the Gaea's forces, and Percy and Annabeth can survive the House of Hades, then the Seven will be able to seal the Doors from both sides and prevent the giants from raising Gaea. But, Leo wonders, if the Doors are sealed, how will Percy and Annabeth be able to escape?

They have no choice. If the demigods don't succeed, Gaea's armies will never die. They have no time. In about a month, the Romans will march on Camp Half-Blood. The stakes are higher than ever in this adventure that dives into the depths of Tartarus.

I just felt that for the title and premise of being stuck in Tartarus this should’ve stood out more but other than that a good linear story. I still feel like a calypso story should be done about her tapped on th island like 3 or more books thst go over her experiences and perspectives of being trapped snd the men all the way to Leo she fell for

This book made me shed small tears. The characters and their maturity was beautiful. Percy and Annabeth really are perfect for each other. Oh yeah and everyone else’s problems and stuff is good too. (Percabeth carried this book)

I love RR books and i’m reading it for the second or third time?? This sequel to the Percy Jackson books is action packed and fun to read!! I love how RR depicts Percy and Annabeth’s relationship!! Their bond really grew through out the series. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! I certainly recommend this book to anyone. I also like that there is no pagen or “ saying that little g gods are real “ stuff but RR still made a fun book for us to enjoy!!

I remember like tearing up when Annabeth and Percy fell into Tartarus. It was just so sad and emotional, but in Tartarus they show how strong Percy and Annabeth are. The fights are amazing, and I loved the twist of Nico liking Percy. I think it’s great that he includes everyone from LGBTQIA+ and I love how you get to read from several points of view.
