This book had all the right twists and turns looped loops it had action and it is my favorite book ever

I love this book soooooo much I couldn't wait for number three. I wonder if Call and Celia will hook up. The first book really didn't lead you into this either. I can't believe Call is a bad guy inside.

I couldn't put the book down. I hope the next book is a bit longer.

Definitely recommend for a fantasy reader.

Best book ever! I still find it hard to believe my absolute favorite author, Cassandra Clare, is working with yet another fantastic writer, Holly Black. This book leaves your hands sweaty and you will find yourself flipping through each page faster and faster. No matter how long it takes, I know the next book they come out with will be filled with as much shock and excitement as this one. You go, girls!!!!

2 boys and a girl at a magical school. One is the "chosen one." Sound familiar? Voldemort (death) and this villain, "the enemy of death."I could overlook all the similarities if it was good but it wasn't very entertaining at all. I loved TMI but this one wasn't it for me.

I find this book to be amazing.The thrill the real problems of a teen(minus the monsters)

I loved the book and I love the twists! It may be better than the last iron trials and there is mystery power and most importantly... TWISTS that make the story even more amazing than it already is

Actually extremegirl101, if u read closely, u will realize that cal doesn't finish his second year and is still training. He is only a few weeks into his second year. This means that he'll pass into the bronze gate in the next book. The only reason Cassandra made cal and everyone pass through the copper gate is because u had the choice of leaving the school after ur first year or u could pass through the copper gate and go on to training the next school year as a copper student . Make sense?

Omg! I loved that book!😍😍😍😍 Accept one thing I noted was that (SPOILER ALERT) even though in the first book it says that there are several gates (one per year) they never went through a gate at the end of the second book. They also never finished the year! It only took them like a bit less than 2-3 weeks for their first mission but that isn't nearly as long as the school year! I am so confused and a bit disappointed. The book was amazing and full of detail but I feel something is missing.😔 I hope the third book helps this huge plot hole. 😬😶👍🏼👌🏼💁🏼 The book is amazing don't get me wrong but, it needs something more, the ending is good but it could be great!😆😂😍😘😝😚😉😊😄😆😃😀😄
